Bull Terrier 'Prepared to Die' to Be Accepted by His Jack Russell Sisters

An English bulldog terrier has delighted the internet with his incessant efforts to win over his Jack Russell sisters' love, but they don't seem too keen on letting him in.

In a post shared to TikTok last month by @bullterrierchaos, a series of clips show the pup trying his best to get accepted by his sisters, but every time he gets too close, they scare him away by barking and growling.

"Proof our bull terrier wants to be accepted by his jack russell sisters so bad, he's prepared to die for it," the video's text overlay reads.

However, despite their negative response so far, the pup "just won't give up," @bullterrierchaos wrote in the video's caption.

Newsweek has reached out to @bullterrierchaos for comment via TikTok comments. We could not verify the details of the case.

While it's hard for some dogs, like the Jack Russell sisters in the clip, to accept new dogs into their household, it is not impossible, as long as you know how to introduce them in a way that none feels threatened.

Newsweek previously reported on the best way to introduce a puppy to your already established dog, explaining that it's best to keep them separated at first and then do things gradually.

You can then take some short walks with both dogs on a leash held by two different people, only letting them off leash together in a fenced area if they both look ready to do so. It is also important to give your older dog a place to be alone as well as treats for every positive interaction with the puppy to reinforce the good behavior.
