Dog's First Vacation Has Internet Screaming: 'Went to Greece Before Me'
A dog's extravagant vacation to Greece has sparked delight, and a little envy, among viewers online.
Lois De Marini, a British model and lifestyle creator known as @loisdemarinii on TikTok, shared a video to the platform that chronicles her Pomeranian's elaborate summer getaway to the Greek island of Zakynthos. The post, which was uploaded on August 26, has garnered more than 4 million views to date and led to an outpouring of amused comments from entertained users.
Viewers were able to see De Marini's Pomeranian, Bibi, jet-setting off to Greece from an unnamed airport in a Louis Vuitton dog carrier, and then enjoying the rays on a boat trip upon her arrival.
The female dog appeared happy and calm while accompanying her owner and family on their island-hopping expedition, which even included swimming in the sea.
Highlights for viewers included clips of the canine playing with new toys at the family's accommodation, her normally fluffy coat curling after being in the water, and her attempts at swimming by waving her paws around in the air while being held up by her owner.
The post had been captioned: "Bibi's first vacation."
