Cat Stuck Outside Delights Internet—'Two Brain Cells and They've Never Met'

A cat named Milo, from Melbourne, Australia, has left the internet in stitches after his owner caught him on camera struggling to get back inside the house after going outside, even though the door was open all along.

The video shared on TikTok on Tuesday, under the username @zoehasacamera, shows the fluffy white and gray cat meowing at his mom from outside the glass door, asking to be let in.

However, what Milo didn't realize was that the door was partially open already, and he could have gone in without any trouble.

"Milo the door is not closed. It's not closed, you got out of there. The door is open! Milo it's open, look," the poster can be heard saying as she pops her hand out. "This is my hand, the door is open!"

Despite his owner's efforts, Milo took his time to realize the door was open. "No, look this way, the door is open!" the poster told him as he got closer to the gap. "You walked out of that gap! Oh my god! you're so close!"

After stretching on the floor for a while, he finally got it. "Good boy, you figured it out!" the poster continued as he finally walked through the door, "Yeah that's your head, that's your head through the gap! Come on! You can make it! Good boy. You're so dumb!"

"He only has two brain cells and they've never met," read the layover text displayed on the clip, while a caption said: "You don't need intelligence when you're pretty."

Cats are actually known for being smart creatures, but they are not smarter than dogs. Studies suggest that dogs are more intelligent that cats for a number of reasons, including their sociability and the fact that they have been domesticated for a much longer time than cats have.
