A video of two kittens playing a "game" of air hockey has quickly scored with viewers, bringing in over 11 million views.

TikTok user @misunderstoodapricot decided to put up an old air hockey table in the house thinking people would get some use out of it. But she said that it wasn't people who had used the table as much as the kittens.

The owner, Paige, posted a recent TikTok clip about how invested her kittens became in the fun tabletop game. In the clip, both kitties sat on either end of the table in a goalie position, alert and ready for the other's move.

The two approached the game differently as the puck floated across the field from one feline to the next. However, both played a strong defensive game as neither barely crossed midfield. One kept her touches soft and gentle, while the other was ready to attack as the puck got close.

A follow-up video shares details about the star players of the house that captured the internet's hearts. The two are sisters who were found as strays outside. The owner called Ru an "orange cat disguised as a grey cat" and said she is better at basketball. The other player, Loa, is a "professional puppy guarder."

Due to popular demand, the owner said she will post weekly content of these kitties playing. However, she plans on sharing a live game of Ru and Loa going head-to-head on Thursday night.

Instantly a hit, the clip amassed over 1.8 million views and 5,117 comments on TikTok. People flocked to the comment section, confirming their fandom and demanding this become a legit league.

"This should be on ESPN," said a viewer, while a second echoed: "I don't think you understand that I would watch this for hours. HOURS."

Another added: "I'd bet real money on a cat air hockey game."

Someone asked if they have ever scored a goal to which the owner responded they have in the past.

However, the cats better step up their game since other owners want their felines to join the kitty air hockey league: "This is my sign to also buy an air hockey table....and acquire one more cat."
