Cockapoo 'Obsessed' With Riding Robot Vacuum Has Internet in Stitches
A puppy's obsession with taking rides on his owner's robot vacuum cleaner has left viewers online in hysterics.
Katie Feyko, 32, took to social media to share how her cockapoo, Theo, glides across her hardwood floors by sitting on top of the wireless hoover. The pet owner, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, quickly captured the attention of viewers online after posting the short clip to TikTok on December 9. The video has been watched by more than 412,000 viewers, sparking laughter.
Feyko spoke to Newsweek about Theo's unusual fascination with the household gadget.
"He loves my robot vacuum and wants to take a ride on it whenever it is in motion," she said. "He will even jump on the vacuum when it's in rest mode just to get it to move so he can take a ride around!"
Viewers were able to see the 4-month-old canine, comfortably perched on the vacuum as it glided across his owner's wooden floors.
An overlaid text on the video read: "Anyone else's dog also obsessed with taking a ride on the robot vacuum?"
The post had been captioned: "Yes he put himself on there."
Feyko shared in the comments section that Theo has a tendency to bark at the gadget if it does not turn on when he wants.
The amusing scene has resonated widely with TikTok users, prompting a flurry of lighthearted comments that poke fun at Theo's antics. Several have shared how their own pets react to similar household gadgets.
