Cats and Dog Useless With Mouse Delight Internet: 'Lied on Their Resume'
A chaotic scene unfolded in a woman's house when a mouse scurried around, but much to her surprise, her three pets didn't provide the assistance for which she was hoping.
With over 32.5 million views, a TikTok video posted by @frankandmur had viewers cracking up after watching the owner's three pets fail to get the mouse out of the house. One would think their reflexes or hunting tendencies would lead to a catch between two cats and a dog, but none of them performed.

It's not that these pets weren't interested in the mouse, because they were clearly invested. The golden retriever and one cat followed the mouse's every move. They even went so far as to sniff the tiny creature. Although, it was a hesitant few whiffs.
The mouse controlled the race, running in circles near the pets' paws at high speeds, which caused their heads to spin. Once the mouse realized they would not cause any harm, the rodent stopped to take a breath.
The caption reads: "Two cats and a dog, not a scratch on the mouse."
The owner was screaming in the background while the pets didn't do anything other than observe.
"Somebody get the f****** mouse," she said in the video. "He's literally not even scared of any of you. Is this for real?"
In the comment section of a follow-up video, the owner mentioned the mouse at first was too fast for her to catch, which is why she was hoping a pet would step up. She was eventually able to catch the mouse herself. She checked him for bites and marks and when she didn't find any, she released him outside.

'Lovers Not Fighters'
The hilarious TikTok video quickly brought in 3.4 million likes and 59,200 comments, leaving viewers in stitches.
"Not an ounce of killer instinct between the 3 of you," said a TikToker, while another commented: "They lied on their resume."
One person wrote: "You raised lovers not fighters mom. They are adopting him as we speak."
Another user, writing from the cat's perspective, said: "Cat said: 'I don't get paid enough,'" to which the owner responded: "I'm lil embarrassed for him. The mouse was ON TOP of my senior cat, but he's an old man and has brought living butterflies inside. Frank is in his prime and cosplays as a predator in his free time."
