Internet In Hysterics as Cat Walks into Neighbor's House, demands to Be Fed
An entitled cat has left the internet in hysterics after breaking into his neighbor's home and demanding food, refusing to leave until he gets what he wants.
In a post shared on Reddit on Monday by the cat's neighbor, under the username MacSteele13, the tuxedo cat is pictured sitting down like a good boy in the poster's living room, making eye contact with the poster to show he's not giving in.
"My neighbor's outside cat, inside my house, mad that I haven't fed him..." says a caption shared along with the hilarious clip.
But don't worry, the cat won in the end. A user asked the poster whether she had indeed fed him, and the poster answered: "Lots and lots."
If it was up to them, cats would be eating all day, but for their health you must make sure that they're not overfed because that could cause them to become obese or develop other conditions.
According to VCA Animal Hospitals, while the number of meals you feed your cat as well as the feeding schedule can vary depending on your needs, all cats should have at least two meals a day, no more than 12 hours apart, although feeding them a breakfast, lunch and dinner is also a good option.
"If more than 12 hours elapses between meals, the stomach can become hyperacidic causing nausea," the website added.
The video quickly went viral on social media, getting viewers from across Reddit. It has so far received more than 12,000 upvotes and 355 comments on the platform.
One user, Anic13, commented: "This is one of the many reasons I love cats. Like me, it all can be said without muttering a word. Do your job human."
